Union Budget 23 Highlights: बजट 2023 की बड़ी घोषणाएं

आम बजट 2023-2024 संसद में केंद्रीय वित्त मंत्री ने जारी किया। वित्त मंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण के रूप में यह उनका 5वां बजट पेश हुआ है। साथ ही मोदी सरकार के दूसरे कार्यकाल का अंतिम बजट है।
वित्त मंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण ने संसद में बजट पेश करते हुए बजट को ‘अमृत काल’ में यह पहला बजट बताया है। ऐसे में जानिए बजट Budget 2023 की बड़ी बातें।
नौकरी वाले लोगों को बड़ी सौगात
भाजपा सरकार ने अपने बजट 2023 में नौकरी करने वाले या कहें नौकरीपेशा व्यक्ति को बड़ी सौगात देते हुए नई कर व्यवस्था में सात लाख तक की आय TAX-फ्री कर दी है। अब सात लाख तक साल का कमाने वालों को कोई भी TAX नहीं देना होगा। इसके साथ तीन करोड़ के टर्नओवर वाले माइक्रो (छोटे ) उद्योग को भी TAX में छूट दी जाएगी। वरिष्ठ नागरिक खाता स्कीम (scheme ) की सीमा 4.5 ( चार प्वाइंट फाइव) लाख से 9 (नाे) लाख की जाएगी।
अब से नया टैक्स स्लैब्स होगा ऐसा
व्यक्तिगत आयकर की नई टैक्स दर 0 ( शून्य)से 3 (तीन) लाख रुपए तक शून्य, 3 तीन से 6 लाख रुपये तक (पांच परसेंट ) 5%, 6 से 9 लाख रुपये 10%, 9 से 12 लाख रुपये 15%, 12 से 15 लाख तक 20% और 15 लाख से ऊपर 30% रहेगी।
सेविंग स्कीम्स
महिला सम्मान बचत पत्र योजना भी शुरू की जाएगी। इस योजना स्कीम स्कीम के तहत महिलाएं दो साल तक दो लाख रुपये का निवेश कर सकेंगी
इसमें स्त्रियों -महिलाओं (लेडिशों ) को 2 लाख की बचत पर 7.5% का ब्याज मिलेगा।
बुजुर्ग ( वरिष्ठ नागरिक) khata खाता स्कीम की सीमा 4.5 लाख से 9 लाख की जाएगी।
युवा , रोजगार
देश के युवाओं को अंतर्राष्ट्रीय अवसरों (मोको) के लिए कौशल प्रदान करने के लिए 30 (तीस ) स्किल इंडिया नेशनल सेक्टर ( skill India national centre )खोले जाएंगे।
740 एकलव्य मॉडल आवासीय विद्यालयों (स्कूलो) के लिए अगले 3 वर्षों में 38,000 शिक्षकों और सहायक कर्मचारियों की भर्ती होगी।
देश के अंदर तीन सेंटर ऑफ एक्सिलेंस खोले जाएंगे।आर्टिफिशियल इंटेलिजेंस(AI) की पढ़ाई के लिए
बच्चों और किशोरों ( युवाओं)के लिए राष्ट्रीय डिजिटल पुस्तकालय की स्थापना की जाएगी।
2014 से स्थापित मौजूदा ( majduron)157 मेडिकल कॉलेजों के साथ सहस्थान में 157 नए नर्सिंग कॉलेज स्थापित भी किए जाएंगे।
कृषि, लघु उद्योग , स्टार्टअप
खेती के अलावा कस्टम ड्यूटी 21 फ़ीसदी से घटाकर 13 प्रतिशत कर दी गई है अन्य वस्तुओं पर
पीएम प्रमाण योजना की शुरुआत की जाएगी ताकि वैकल्पिक उर्वरकों को बढ़ावा मिल सकें
पांच सौ नए संयंत्रों की स्थापना की जाएगी।गोबरधन स्कीम के तहत
कृषि (खेती ) त्वरक कोष की स्थापना की जाएगी युवा उद्यमियों द्वारा कृषि-स्टार्टअप को प्रोत्साहित करने के लिए
कृषि ऋण लक्ष्य को बढ़ाकर 20 लाख करोड़ रुपये किया जाएगा। पशुपालन, डेयरी और मत्स्य पालन पर ध्यान देते हुए
नवीकरणीय ऊर्जा क्षेत्र में 20,700 करोड़ रुपए और ऊर्जा सुरक्षा के क्षेत्र में 35 हजार करोड़ का निवेश किया जाएगा।
तीन करोड़ के टर्नओवर वाले माइक्रो उद्योग को कर में छूट भी दी जाएगी।
स्वैच्छिक समाधान योजना लाई जाएगी। ताकि महामारी से प्रभावित MSME को राहत मिले
एमएसएमई ( MMMI )के लिए क्रेडिट गारंटी-कॉरपस में 9 हज़र करोड़ रुपये डाले गए।
रेलवे व पर्यटन
लगभग 2.40 लाख करोड़ का पूंजीगत प्रावधान रेलवे को किया गया है।
साथ ही 50 अतिरिक्त एयरपोर्ट, हेलिपैड, वाटर एयरोड्रोम का नवीनीकरण किया जाएगा।
बजट की ओर अन्य बड़ी बातें
राज्यों (state ) को 50 साल का ब्याज मुक्त कर्ज 1 वर्ष के लिए बढ़ाया।
पैन कार्ड (PAN card )अब राष्ट्रीय पहचान- पत्र के रूप में जाना जाएगा।
अंत्योदय योजना के तहत गरीबों के लिए मुफ्त खाद्यान्न की आपूर्ति को एक वर्ष के लिए बढ़ा दिया गया हैं।
सिगरेट ( cigarette ) पर आकस्मिकता शुल्क को 16 फीसदी बढ़ाया गया हैं।
भारत के सभी शहरों , कस्बों में सेप्टिक टैंक और सीवरों की 100% सफाई मशीन से की जाएगी।
